These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Out N About mobile application and services ("App" or "Service") as an event organiser. Throughout these Terms, the terms "you" and "your" specifically refer to you as the event organiser. By accessing or using our App to create and manage events, sell tickets, or perform any other related activities, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
1.1. By accessing or using the Out N About App and/or Website as an event organiser, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or made available by us.
1.2. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Service after any changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2.1. Event Listing: You are responsible for creating and managing your event listings on the Out N About. This includes providing accurate, up-to-date information regarding event details such as date, time, location, and ticket prices.
2.2. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, regulations, and ordinances in relation to your event. This includes, but is not limited to, laws related to health and safety, licensing, capacity, and noise regulations.
2.3. Permits and Licenses: You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, licenses, or other authorisations required for hosting your event. Out N About is not responsible for ensuring that your event complies with legal requirements.
2.4. Refund Policy: You must establish and clearly communicate your refund policy to attendees before the event. Refunds are processed according to your policy, and you are responsible for issuing any refunds that may be due. Out N About is not responsible for handling refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3.1. Ticket Sales: You may use the Out N About App to sell tickets to your events. You agree that all ticket sales are final and subject to the refund policy you have established.
3.2. Fees: Out N About charges a non-refundable ticketing fee for each ticket sold through our platform. This fee is automatically deducted from the ticket price and is separate from any fees you charge. The ticketing fee is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or postponement.
3.3. Payouts: Proceeds from ticket sales, minus any applicable fees, will be transferred to your designated bank account according to our payout schedule. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up-to-date.
