These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Out N About mobile application and services ("App" or "Service"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By accessing or using the Out N About App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions referenced herein or made available by us.

2. Privacy and Data Collection

2.1. We collect personal information from users in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, and university affiliation.

2.2. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Ticket Sales and Fees

3.1. Out N About provides a platform for event organisers to sell tickets. When purchasing tickets through our App, you agree to the following:

3.2. Ticketing Fees: We charge a non-refundable ticketing fee for each ticket purchased through our platform. This fee is separate from the ticket price set by the event organiser and is not refundable under any circumstances, including event cancellation or postponement.

3.3. Refunds: Refunds for tickets are subject to the refund policy of the event organiser. If you require information on the refund policy of an event, please contact the event organiser directly. Out N About is not responsible for issuing refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise

4. Use of the Service

4.1. You agree to use the Out N About App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the App:

4.1.1. In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

4.1.2. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.

4.1.3. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Out N About, an Out N About employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
